Created a neural network that composes rap
Lee Yang Koo of Vicarious AI managed to teach the neural network to invent rap. The AI skills base is based on the lines of songs from such iconic artists as Kanye West, Snoop Doga, as well as Jay-Z and Eminem. The author of the experiment considered the result as entertaining, but noted that its success was limited. The fact is that, like most modern rappers, artificial intelligence values rather not the meaning, but the way of presenting information. To create a ready-made speech, you just need to enter the very first line in the neural network dialog box and the mechanism will offer a ready-made fragment of the song.
When creating the program, Lee Yang Ku collected about 18 thousand lines from the repertoire of 14 artists. These lines were later reduced to 50 thousand texts capable of rhyming among themselves. That is why the neural network is able not only to compose rap texts, but also to add a touch of individuality to them.
