It is a quiet, slightly smoky, woody and metallic scent with a slight peppery flavor. Cocoa blends harmoniously with the skin to create a bitter and long-lasting bouquet.

The aroma is not always possible to feel right away: it takes time to taste it, sometimes several years, then the bouquet opens and begins to play with numerous chords.

Emblem
